Should a customer decide to return a product for reason, the customer must do the following:

1. Contact Golden Skies R/C to inform GS R/C of the customer's intent to return an item. 949-378-5998

Warranty Items:

2. Fill out a service request form and follow the instructions.

All Other Returns:

If the customer wishes to return an item for credit within less than thirty (30) days from the purchase date, the following will apply.

3. A 3.5% retocking fees will be applied. Any non-refundable credit charges will be charged to the customer.

4. If the items was eligable for Free Shipping, then the shipping handling costs will be charged to the customer.

5. Any missing or damaged parts will be charged to the customer.
